All Papoutsi shoes orders are insured shipped.
This way we are most certain that our handmade products actually reach the delivery address.
PostNL takes care of the delivery within NL. A signature is required for receipt.
Outside the NL, the packages at the NL border are taken over by a local carrier.
For a (partial) return shipment within the Netherlands and from BE and DE, and a purchase amount <€ 150, the actual shipping costs will still be calculated.
This amount is settled with the return (credit) amount.

We prefer to deliver our packages to Belgium at a pick-up delivery point.
